Haile-gebresilassie አትሌት ኃይሌ ገብረ ሥላሴ በ1996 ዓ.ም. የወጣውን የወንጀል ሕግ አንቀጽ 436(ሐ)ን በመተላለፍ ፈጽሟል የተባለውን በሕገወጥ መንገድ መብትን የማስከበር ወንጀል፣ ለግንቦት 10 ቀን 2004 ዓ.ም. ቀርቦ እንዲያስረዳ በተላለፈለት ጥሪ መሠረት ባለመቅረቡ ታስሮ ፍርድ ቤት እንዲቀርብ ትዕዛዝ ተላለፈ፡፡

ትዕዛዙን ያስተላለፈው የፌዴራል መጀመርያ ደረጃ ፍርድ ቤት የየካ ምድብ ወንጀል ችሎት ሲሆን፣ ኃይሌ ታስሮ እንዲቀርብ ትዕዛዝ ያስተላለፈው የፌዴራል ዓቃቤ ሕግ ሚያዝያ 18 ቀን 2004 ዓ.ም. ላቀረበው የወንጀል ክስ ግንቦት 10 ቀን 2004 ዓ.ም. መልስ ይዞ እንዲቀርብ በተላለፈለት ጥሪ መሠረት ፍርድ ቤት ሳይቀርብ በመቅረቱ ነው፡፡

አትሌት ኃይሌን ለክስ ያበቃው ክስተት ህዳር 24 ቀን 2004 ዓ.ም. ከቀኑ 7፡00 ሰዓት አካባቢ በየካ ክፍለ ከተማ ቀበሌ 11/12 ክልል ልዩ ቦታው ሃያ ሁለት እየተባለ ከሚጠራው አካባቢ በተፈጸመ ድርጊት ነው፡፡

በተጠቀሰው አካባቢ በሚገኘው የአትሌት ኃይሌ ሕንፃ ውስጥ ተከራይተው ከሚሠሩትና ተበዳይ ከሆኑት አቶ አዲስ ደገፋ ጋር በኪራይ ውል ምክንያት በተፈጠረ አለመግባባት ጉዳዩ ፍርድ ቤት ደርሶ በክርክር ላይ እንደነበር ክሱ ያስረዳል፡፡

Keneyan Woman got stucked with another man while cheating on her husband

A Kenyan man who was cheating with another man’s wife got stuck in her this week in a guest house in Nairobi. The husband of the woman had suspected she was cheating on him, so he visited a witchdoctor who applied black magic on the wife, causing the cheating man to get stuck inside her during the act.
For hours, the police could not rescue him from the black magic, and the husband in blue jeans and white T-Shirt refused to be persuaded.

A big crowd swelled outside to witness the drama, as police ran out of options on how to help the two. The cheating man finally agreed to pay the husband Sh20,000 in compensation. Then a local pastor was called in to pray and the two were finally separated.
At the end of the video the cheating man was seen heading out to withdraw the money from an ATM.

If you’re planning a trip to the dentist, it might not be the wisest decision to make your appointment with the person you just broke up with.

 

A Polish woman is facing three years in prison after she removed all of her ex-boyfriend’s teeth during dental surgery just days after their breakup.

 

“I tried to be professional and detach myself from my emotions,” Anna Mackowiak, 34, told the Austrian Times.  ”But when I saw him lying there I just thought, ‘What a bastard’ and decided to take all his teeth out.”

 

Marek Olszewski, 45, reportedly showed up at Mackowiak’s dental office complaining of toothache just days after he broke up with her. She then allegedly gave him a “heavy dose” of anesthetic, locked the door and began removing all of his teeth one at a time.

 

“I knew something was wrong because when I woke up I couldn’t feel any teeth and my jaw was strapped up with bandages,” Olszewski said.

 

“She told me my mouth was numb and I wouldn’t be able to feel anything for a while and that the bandage was there to protect the gums, but that I would need to see a specialist,” he said.

በዚህ ውል መሠረት አዲካ ያወጣውን ሙሉ ወጪ ከመለሰ በኋላ ከሚገኘው የተጣራ ትርፍ ቴዎድሮስ 20 በመቶ ገቢ ያገኛል፡፡ ይህም ለአምስት ዓመታት የሚቀጥል ሆኖ፣ ከአምስት ዓመት በኋላ በሲዲው ላይ ያለው ሙሉ መብት ከአዲካ ወደ ቴዎድሮስ ይዛወራል፡፡ ከዚህ በተጨማሪ በውሉ መሠረት አዲካ ስፖንሰር የመፈለግና በህትመቱ ላይም የስፖንሰሩን ማስታወቂያ የመጠቀም መብት ይሰጠዋል፡፡ በቴዲና በአዲካ መካከል በዋናነት አለመግባባቶች የተፈጠሩት በእነዚህ ነጥቦች ዙርያ ሲሆን፣ አለመግባባታቸውም እየከረረ መምጣቱን ምንጮች እየገለጹ ነው፡፡ በአለመግባባቱ ውስጥም የሦስትዮሽ ውል የፈረመው ቤሌማ ኢንተርቴይመንት ኩባንያም ሌላኛው ተዋናይ ነው፡፡

ለቴዲ ቅርብ የሆኑ የመረጃ ምንጮች እንደሚገልጹት፣ ቴዲ በሲዲው ላይ የሜታ ቢራ ማስታወቂያ ይለጠፋል ብሎ አላሰበም፡፡ ነገር ግን ሲዲው በሚታተምበት ወቅት የሜታ ቢራ ማስታወቂያ በዋናው ሲዲ ላይ ተለጥፎ የተመለከተው ቴዲ ‹‹ሙዚቃዬን ትልልቅ ሰዎች ብቻ ሳይሆኑ ሕፃናትም ያዳምጡታል፤ ለሕፃናቱ የመጠጥ አርዓያ መሆን አልፈልግም፤›› የሚል ሐሳብ በመሰንዘሩ፣ የሜታ ቢራ ማስታወቂያ የተለጠፈበት ኮፒ እንዲወገድ ብሎም ለገበያ እንዳይቀርብ ስምምነት ላይ ይደረሳል፡፡ በቴዲ በኩል ያሉ መረጃዎች የሜታ ቢራ ዓርማ የተለጠፈባቸው ሲዲዎች ብዛት 120 ሺሕ ነው ቢባልም፣ በአዲካ በኩል ግን 87 ሺሕ ኮፒዎች ናቸው፡፡

Maitre Artiste Afewerk Tekle dies at 80 ሜተር አርቲስት አፈወርቅ ተክሌ አረፉ

Ethiopia’s renowned and acclaimed painter the most honorable Maitre Artiste World Laureate Afewerk Tekle has died late last night at the age of 80 at Kadisco Hospital, Capital learnt.

The country’s much-admired artist died due to a severe illness after receiving treatment in the capital Addis Ababa, a close family, who didn’t want to be named, told Capital on Wednesday morning. The artist’s passage and funeral plans are expected to be announced later in the day.

The late Maitre Artiste World Laureate Afewerk Tekle was born on October 22, 1932 in the historic city of Ankober in Shoa Province, Ethiopia, according to the artist’s official web portal.

Sent to England in 1947 to become a mining engineer, Afewerk’s artistic talent was soon perceived. He was accepted at the Central School of Arts and Crafts in London and later went to the Faculty of Fine Arts of the University of London, the famous “Slade”. While studying in England he made several artistic pilgrimages to Europe.

On the completion of his studies he returned to Addis Ababa where he held a one-man exhibition at the Municipality Hall in 1954. It was the first significant art exhibition of post-war Ethiopia.

Soon after his exhibition he left Ethiopia for a study tour in Italy, France, Spain, Portugal and Greece. In addition to these countries, he carried out various studies in England. He also made a special study of the Ethiopian illustrated manuscripts in the British Library, the Bibliothẻque Nationale in Paris and the Vatican Library, thereby gaining a deeper knowledge of his own artistic heritage.

After two years of this extensive study, Afewerk, by now a well–equipped artist, returned with full confidence to his native land, to tackle the task ahead.

On his arrival in Ethiopia, Afewerk opened his studio in the National Library of Ethiopia. Soon afterwards he was given his first challenging commission by the Ethiopian Government: The decoration of St. George’s Cathedral, one of the capital’s two most important religious edifices, where he worked on murals and mosaics for three and a half years.

Afewerk also designed his own house, studio and gallery, known as Villa “Alpha”. He was architecturally inspired by his own cultural heritage, especially by ancient Aksum, the mediaeval castles of Gondar and the old walled city of Harrar.
